First, don’t be shy. I won’t bite and if you don’t want your voice on “the air” let me know at the end of your voicemail.

With Skype - (requires the capability to input your voice into the computer)

    Download the application called Skype (http://www.skype.com).
    Create a username and sign on.
    Make a Call.
    Dial the user - atkinsalltheway
    Begin speaking at the tone about whatever you want to talk about.

If you want, you can even create audio feedback for the show, Simply:

    Record your voice question, comment, gripe into MP3 format.
    Attach the MP3 file to the email and send it off.
