Hello everyone,

I wanted to let all my faithful listeners know that I will be out of town for a volleyball coaching commitment so I may do the Podcast later in the evening or I may skip it this week, depending on how tired I am from the driving I need to do.

I may also decide in the next few days whether to make the Podcast a weekday item instead of Sundays due to my coaching volleyball tournaments for my travel team on the weekends. I’ll keep you posted.

The holidays have become way too busy for me to do a Podcast today. Instead, I’ll post two recipes here so that you can make your low carb holiday dinner more Atkins-friendly:

This is a great item to have on the appetizer table and even as a side during the meal. It has a holiday feel to it and tastes great!

This is a staple of the holidays and something you can make low carb very easily.

The food companies have stopped trying to cash in on Atkins, the Vegan groups have all but stopped the media from talking about the diet, and all uninfromed people think the diet has just… disappeared. Without all the hoopla, many of us feel the diet is fading. However, there are tons of technical people out there spreading the word just like me. The Internet is the new media, and Atkins followers are it’s “Network anchors.”
